The relationship between the local community and TMG for the past 9 years can be characterized as very cordial and strongly legally binding. We have built a relationship on mutual respect with our host localities. And seeks to actively engage all our external stakeholders based on inclusion, transparency, and integrity.
Community development is an important part of our sustainability plans. Since wealth removed from the community in the form of minerals may not necessarily be returned to the community in other forms, the strategy is to develop avenues for generating community income and build physical infrastructure in communities we operate.
We employ workers from local communities and provide worker training as well as support community education and other initiatives.
Tree Mines Global has an allocated budget in support of community projects and private social investments. Our socio-economic programs include initiatives dealing with health, education and business development, housing, the environment and agriculture.
